SOIL STABILIZATION
These photos were a part of a major Soil Stabilization Project in Lincoln City Oregon where the building contractor build the entire house on fill, and 6 months after the new owner purchased the property the entire front of the house and driveway started sliding down the hill. 2000 Cubic Yards of Bad Fill was removed and 2000 Cubic Yards of new Rock was compacted back in.
